Episode 1.19 - "Kids"

House: I don't wanna interview anyone else.
Cameron: You're interviewing? I thought you'd just have them send a headshot along with their CV.
House: Ha. It's good. Why I need you around. To keep me in my place.
Cameron: I can't go back. I told you that.
House: Wasn't listening.
Cameron: Right.
House: Want me to listen to you more? I can do that. 
Cameron: Right. I already accepted a position somewhere else.
House: With who?
Cameron: Yule. At Jefferson.
House: Un-accept it.
Cameron: Why?
House: Because Yule is boring. He's pedantic and preachy. Because he's short. Because I want you to come back.

First of all, I adore House's terrified face in the second cap. This won't be the only terrified!House caps in this picspam ;)
"I need you around to keep me in my place" is one of my favourite H/C quotes ever - even House knows that Cameron is the only one who can handle him, and he wants her to - insert your anti-Cuddy remark of choice here :)
Also, I love how House doesn't ask where she accepted the job, but with who.


Episode 1.17 - "Role Model"

Cameron: You don't need to worry about firing anyone. I'm leaving.
House: Why?...is this another noble, self-sacrificing gesture? Are you trying to protect Foreman?
Cameron: No.
House: Is this just "don't fire me, I quit"?
Cameron: I'm protecting myself. You asked me why I like you. You're abrasive and rude, but I figured everything you do, you do it to help people. But I was wrong. You do it because it's right. There are only two ways that I can deal with things. One is in my control. That's to leave. Goodbye, House.

Remember back in S1, the House who did things because they were right? Good times...
Bitching aside, this scene is amazing. House actually had tears in his eyes after she leaves :(
Also, I totally think that he wouldn't have fired her, he would have chosen Foreman. Both Chase ("He's not gonna fire you, he loves you") and Vogler ("...and House has a thing for Cameron") knew it ;)


Episode 2.09 - "Deception"

Cameron: No. No way. It just snowed.
House: Yesterday. Streets are clear.
Cameron: My car is right there!
House: Bike will be faster.

I love their smiles in this!! House smiling, how often do you see that?


Episode 2.17 - "All In"

House: Gah! ...what were we talking about?


I'm not sure he said gah. He may also have said wow or !!1eleven1!1. There's not a really deep or complicated reason why I like this scene. It just makes me squee like the fangirl I am :)
I also adore Foreman's "I am not impressed with your sexual tension shit" expression and and Chase's "What? Why? What just happened?" expression (which you can't see her because - uhm. No Chase in this picspam)


Episode 1.12 - "Sports Medicine"

Cameron: That was amazing!
House: What did I tell you? Grave Digger never disappoints.
Cameron: You ever been married?
House: Let's not ruin a lovely night out by getting personal. I lived with someone for a while. You gonna finish that?
Cameron gives him her cotton candy, then takes it back.
House: Okay, okay.
Cameron: Race you to the car!


The not-date!
Wow look at this. It's House. Smiling. With Cameron. Again ;)
I love that he calls this "a lovely night out". But he also answers her, which I think may have been the first time he's talked about Stacy with anyone since the break-up. And they share food!! <3 I also love the way she doesn't treat him differently because because of his leg - most people would have been too self-conscious to say "race you to the car" to someone with a crippled leg.
This is the episode when a thousand House/Cameron shippers were born... and, I think, when Cameron fell in love with House ;)



Episode 1.16 - "Heavy"

Cameron: You're doing this because you can't deal with your feelings for me.
House: I believe that you were the only one to express feelings. And if we're gonna look at this from a first-year Psych point of view, maybe you want me to fire you. Maybe that's why you're acting weird. You-
Cameron: You're the one being different! You're always pushing things, pushing the rules, pushing us, but not this time! You jumped on this idea like a life raft. Not one question about what else it could be. No riding us for other answers.
House: I have the answer...
Cameron: Then why aren't you watching tv? Playing your damn Game Boy, or whatever else you have so much fun doing by yourself? ...maybe I should just quit. Make it easier for everyone.
House: Maybe you should.

This scene is amazing. She knows him so well, knows exactly why he does the things he does. Hugh played this brilliantly - cap #3 is the exact moment where House realizes Cameron is right - he really is doing this to push her away.
This is also one of Cameron's most kickass moments!


Episode 3.06 - "Que Sera Sera"

House: All right, I give up. Who was it? Who in your family had the weigh problem?
Cameron: You think I can only care about a patient if I know someone else who's been through the same thing?
House: You can for everybody. You only lie and stand up to Cuddy for a few.
Cameron: You lie for everybody and only care about a few.
House: You're avoiding the question.
Cameron: I like damaged people, remember? Explains everything I do.
House: Almost everything. It wasn't you, was it?
Cameron: Does it matter?
House: No. But it'd be interesting.
Cameron: Sorry to disappoint you. But sometimes the answers just aren't that simple.

I HATE the "Cameron only likes House because he's damaged and she wants to fix him" argument!!!! (yes, all those exclamations points were needed)
I hate it with the fire of a thousands suns. It's so completely wrong and untrue. Cuddy and Wilson are the ones always trying to change House, and Cameron is the one who yells at them for it.
Also, I'm clearly smarted than House, because I know who the patient reminded Cameron of: House ;)


Episode 1.17 - "Role Model"

House: You like me. Why?
Cameron: That's kind of a sad question.
House: Just trying to figure out what makes you thick. I am not warm and fuzzy, and you are basically a stuffed animal made by grandma.
Cameron: I don't think that's why you are asking. I think this is because of the speech.
House: God, don't try to pick me apart.
Cameron: Then why are you asking? What do you want to hear?

See Terrified Face #2! He just looks so scared after she asks why he wants to know... because he's starting to understand why, and doesn't like it at all. Role Model is the perfect House/Cameron episode.


Episode 3.03 - "Informed Consent"

House: I'm proud of you.

I don't think this scene even needs a comment :) I've had an icon of this scene since it first aired - it's the only House icon I have, and I have no intention of changing it. I just love it that much :) I think it shows incredible development on both their parts.


Episode 2.24 - "No Reason"

House: Delicate, no?
Cameron: House...
House: Does that hurt?
Cameron: No...

I don't think this scene needs a comment... I'll just say, there's a reason why the fandom calls it Robot!Sex ;) Even David Shore called it a sex scene, and the fact that it's all in House's mind makes it even better.


BONUS SCENES

Episode 1.22 - "Honeymoon"

Cameron: Foreman! Are you going to partecipate, or are you too tired from stealing cars? ...what? I'm being House. It's funny!
Foreman: You made milk come out of my noise.


All right, so I lied. There is a little bit of Chase in this picspam. Because I couldn't be bothered cutting him out.
This scene is so adorable, House's been a bad influence on Cameron ;) Look at the next moment for Cameron being a good influence on House.


Episode 1.17 - "Role Model"

Wilson: You were sure he had AIDS, then you talked to him, then you had doubts. What, what did he say?
House: He said he had not engaged in any risky behavior.
Wilson: Huh. And you believed him.
House: He didn’t have any reason to lie –
Wilson: Everybody lies, except politicians? House, I do believe you’re a romantic. You just didn’t believe him, you believed in him. Do you want to come over tonight and watch old movies and cry? Dr. Cameron’s getting to you. Well, I guess you can’t be around that much niceness and not get any one you.
House: Is that why you haven’t put the moves on her?
Wilson: What makes you think I haven’t put the moves on her?
House stops and stares
Wilson: Oh. Oh, boy! You’re in trouble.

Dr James Wilson, the original House/Cameron shipper ;) I love that he noticed that Cameron is influencing him (without even trying).
You can't see it from the caps, but Wilson has a huge grin on his face after House shows his jealousy ;)


Episode 3.15 - "Half-Wit"

House: A little whorish to kiss and stab.
Cameron: You kissed back.

You may be asking yourself why this is a "bonus" moment and not in the actual list. The reason is simple: I don't consider it an actual House/Cameron moment. It made no sense and wasn't mentioned ever again. I mean, it was still the hottest thing that's ever aired on this show ;) But it also had "fan-service" written all over it.
I'm including it because, hello! It's Hugh and Jen kissing. It's hot ;)
